Password problems
We will have e-mailed your password to you when you first logged onto the system. If you are having problems logging in please check the following:
- Is your customer number correct?
- Do you see someone else's name in the welcome back message?
- Your password is case sensitive. Check that you are using the correct case.
If you still can't log in then click on Forgotten your password? and your password will be emailed to your inbox. Alternatively, please call us on 0845 6039091 (LoCall rate) or email sbcenquiries@scholastic.co.uk and we'll be happy to issue with a new password.
