Using the Master Order Form

The Master Order Form allows you to see all of the leaflet names and can be used if you prefer to first consolidate the individual order forms to a master order form. This method of ordering shows you the item number, book titles and price

• Click on the Open Order form tab at the top of the screen
• Click on the Master Order form - you should see your name at the top of the screen.
• Click on the required leaflet from the list of order forms shown
• You will see the name of the leaflet you will be ordering from
• Check the item number and title and add the quantity you require in the Qty box
• You can also spend any vouchers you have earned in the Free Qty column
• Click on the Update Basket button to enter your chosen items into the basket
